Recital Fees
Recital fee: $110 and $60.00 for each additional sibling.
Costume fee: Toddler $80, Youth and Adult $85 Per Costume
Recital costume pricing varies according to age. All Costumes come with accessories and tights if needed. Parents may need to purchase shoes if needed.
Spring Costume and Recital Fees: Due December 9th
Any late payments will be subject to a $25 fee and costumes will not be ordered until payment is made no later than December 30th. For any late costume orders we cannot guarantee that the costume will be in on time so it is important to pay the fee as soon as possible.
If you choose to not participate in our end of the year recital you must fill out our Recital opt-out form no later than the December 1, 2023. Otherwise, we will assume your child is in attendance and will be fitted for a costume and charge for recital.

What does Recital Fee Cover: Recital fees cover the venue and all that it entails, including tech and lighting, backdrop, Security, dressing rooms, clean-up after the recital. Fee also includes the 1 program per family (program not the ad), a Videographer that way everyone is guaranteed a video of their child’s dance and no telephone recording is necessary!
*** Any Dancers who pull out of the recital the month of recital will pay a $75.00 re-blocking fee. All the planning, blocking and behind the scenes work we have put in, to have to re-adjust is timely and sets us back. We as a studio put so much work, dedication and time to put out a wonderful experience for everyone involved. The impact of deciding to withdraw so last minute is inconsiderate to the students and the teacher involved. For any no call no shows the day of the recital there will be a $100.00 fee added to your acount ***

IN-STUDIO DRESS REHEARSAL: Monday May 6th-Friday May 10th
In Studio Rehearsal: No Regular Classes During Rehearsals Monday May 6th-Thursday May 9th.
Mandatory for all students, please don’t bring costumes. Must have all required recital dance shoes hair pulled back in a low bun and all black clothing
Baby Ballet and Combo Classes, hip hop tots and cheer tots classes are required to come Monday at 4:30pm-5:30pm
Act 1 on Monday May 6th 5:30pm-7:30pm
Act 2 on Tuesday May 7th 5:30pm-7:30pm

Costumes:
Costumes are being sent out we are still waiting on some to arrive.
***If you have a balance on your account costumes will not be handed out until balance is paid in full and your child will not be able to participate in recital. Please call or email the studio to make payment or payment arrangements.***
Please check your Childs name for spelling and if they are listed in their correct class.
NO acrylic nails or nail polish.
NO bright colored under-garments under costume ONLY NUDE colored.
Recital Etiquette
All dancers must stay back stage through the entire Act all dancers will be released after each Acts’ Finale. It is not polite or respectful to leave after your child has finished dancing. All of our dancers have worked very hard and deserve the attention of all of the audience. Unless you made plans with Mrs. Jen every child is expected to stay through to the end of the Act.
When the students are performing please do not get up and walk around because you will become a distraction to the dancers on stage, or you may be blocking a parent from being able to watch their child performing on stage. If you need to get up please do this after the performance has ended and the auditorium goes dark. Please be mindful to everyone around you while you are taking pictures/recording your dancer. Flash is not allowed as this can also be a major distraction to the students on stage.
NO jewelry is allowed to be worn on stage besides small studs.
NO acrylic nails or nail polish.
NO bright colored under-garments under costumes, only NUDE colored.
Hair and Make up:
Baby Ballet: Hair in a bun clip at center of bun | Make up: pink blush and pink lipstick
All Combo Class: Hair half up half down with clip at center | Make up: pink blush and pink lipstick
level 1-5 Hair in a low bun with a center part, if costume comes with a hair clip please place at the right side of the head |Make up: full face, fake eyelashes, pink blush and red lipstick.
