Class Overview
Kids Yoga (3-4yrs) (5-6yrs)
Let your little one discover yoga through stories, games, and songs. In a welcoming and fun environment, your child will learn the amazing connection between body and breath. We will also explore mindfulness techniques that children can apply outside of the studio.
Dress code: Please bring your child in comfortable, easy to move clothing. No shoes or socks are required for this class.
Items: Yoga mat and water.
Duration: 45 Minutes
Restorative Yoga (All Levels)
Take a moment to find stillness in this class. All levels are welcome with no previous experience necessary. The focus of this class is to soften the heart, mind and body. We will flow through a series of relaxing poses, calming breathwork, and peaceful meditation.
Dress code: Please wear comfortable, non restrictive clothing.
Items: Yoga mat and water.
Duration: 60 Minutes
Prenatal Yoga (All Levels)
One of the best gifts we can give our bodies during pregnancy is movement. This class will flow through pregnancy safe poses and breathwork that will assist in pregnancy, labor and delivery. We will also take mindful meditative moments to embrace emotions and create a bond between you and your little one(s) to come.
Dress code: Please wear comfortable, non restrictive clothing. No socks or shoes.

Duration: 60 Minutes
Postnatal Yoga (All Levels)
In this gentle, yet strengthening, class we will focus on recovering the body postpartum. There will be a large emphasis on regaining core and pelvic floor control, while relaxing any tension the body or mind may be feeling.
***This class is designed for those who have been cleared for physical activity at 6 weeks postpartum.
Dress code: Please wear comfortable, non restrictive clothing. No socks or shoes.

Duration: 60 Minutes
Baby and Me Yoga (All Levels/Pre-Crawlers)
In Baby and Me Yoga we will take time to play, sing, and move. This class is gentle and welcoming for anyone who would like to introduce Baby to yoga. We will explore body awareness, baby massage, and fun ways to interact with our little companions. The age range for this class is usually 6 weeks to 6 months, or for baby’s that have yet to crawl.
Dress Code: Please wear comfortable, non restrictive clothing. Babies are encouraged to wear layers, as the studio may be chilly for them.
Items: Yoga mat, water, baby blanket, items to comfort baby, and items to feed baby. ***Chest/breastfeeding welcomed.***
